Tap "Sign Up" and enter your email and password

Account & Setup
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Q: Can I use TeamsLedger on multiple devices?
A: Yes! Your data syncs automatically across all devices where you're logged in.
Q: How do I change my email address?
A: Go to Settings > Profile > Edit Profile to update your email address.
Q: Is my data secure?
A: Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and secure Firebase infrastructure to protect your data.
Expense Management
Q: How do I submit an expense?
A: Tap the "+" button, select "Add Expense," fill in the details, attach a receipt photo (optional), and tap "Submit."
Q: Who can approve expenses?
A: Users with Owner, Admin, or Approver roles can approve expenses. Check with your organization administrator.
Q: Can I edit an expense after submission?
A: Once submitted, expenses can only be edited by resubmitting. Approved expenses cannot be edited.
Q: What currencies are supported?
A: We support USD, EUR, GBP, LKR, INR, JPY, CNY, CAD, AUD, and more.
Q: How do I attach a receipt?
A: When creating an expense, tap the camera icon to take a photo or select from your gallery.
Trip Planning
Q: How do I create a trip?
A: Go to Trips > Tap "+" > Enter trip details, dates, and budget > Select participants > Create Trip.
Q: Can I create personal trips?
A: Yes! When creating a trip, leave the "Organization" field empty to create a personal trip.
Q: How do I add participants to a trip?
A: Open the trip > Tap "Participants" > Tap "+" > Select members from your organization.
Q: Does each trip have its own chat?
A: Yes! Every trip automatically gets a dedicated chat channel for all participants.
Q: How do I track trip expenses?
A: When creating an expense, you can link it to a specific trip to track trip spending separately.
Team Communication
Q: How do I start a team chat?
A: Go to Communication Hub > Select a team > Start chatting with your team members.
Q: Can I mention team members?
A: Yes! Type "@" followed by their name to mention someone in a message.
Q: How do I react to messages?
A: Long press on any message and select an emoji reaction.
Q: Can I reply to specific messages?
A: Yes! Swipe left on a message or long press and select "Reply."
Q: How do I search for messages?
A: Tap the search icon in the chat screen and enter your search term.
Birthday & Celebrations
Q: How do I add a birthday?
A: Go to Birthdays > Tap "+" > Enter team member's name and birthday.
Q: How do birthday collections work?
A: Create a collection, set a target amount, and team members can contribute. The organizer manages the funds.
Q: Will I get reminders for birthdays?
A: Yes! Enable birthday reminders in your organization settings.
Q: Can I see upcoming birthdays?
A: Yes, the Birthdays screen shows all upcoming birthdays in chronological order.
Permissions & Roles
Q: What are the different roles?
A:
Owner: Full control, created the organization
Admin: Can manage members, approve expenses, modify settings
Approver: Can approve/reject expenses
Member: Can create expenses, view organization data
Q: How do I change someone's role?
A: Go to Team Settings > Manage Members > Select a member > Change Role (Owner/Admin only).
Q: Can I remove a member from my organization?
A: Yes, Owners and Admins can remove members through Team Settings > Manage Members.
Q: Who can see organization expenses?
A: All members can view organization expenses, but only Owners, Admins, and Approvers can approve them.

Q: How do I enable dark mode?
A: Go to Settings > Appearance > Select "Dark Mode" or "System Default."
Q: Can I change the organization currency?
A: Yes, go to Team Settings > Default Currency (Owner only).
Q: How do I regenerate an invite code?
A: Go to Team Settings > Invite Code > Tap "Regenerate" (Owner/Admin only).
Q: How do I delete my organization?
A: Go to Team Settings > Scroll to Danger Zone > Delete Team (Owner only, permanent action).

Q: How do I enable notifications?
A: Go to Settings > Notifications and toggle on the notifications you want to receive.

A: Your data is securely stored using Firebase Cloud Services with encryption.

Troubleshooting
App Issues
Problem: App won't load or crashes
Solution:
Force close the app completely
Restart your device
Check for app updates in the App Store
Reinstall the app if issues persist
Problem: Photos won't upload
Solution:
Check your internet connection
Ensure the app has camera/photo permissions
Try a smaller image file
Clear app cache in Settings
Problem: Data not syncing

Force close and reopen the app
