Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using API Tool Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. App Description API Tool Pro is a mobile utility application that allows users to send and manage HTTP and WebSocket requests, test API endpoints, view responses, and debug network streams, including m3u8 (HLS) video streams. It is intended for developers, testers, and technical users. 3. License You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app on any device that you own or control. This license does not allow you to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app or its features. 4. Restrictions You agree not to: Use the app for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code Interfere with or disrupt the app’s functionality or servers Circumvent subscription features or payment mechanisms Use the app to send unauthorized or malicious API traffic 5. Subscriptions and Billing API Tool Pro may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s billing and renewal policies. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled 24 hours before the trial ends. You are responsible for managing your subscription and can do so via your Apple device settings. 6. Data Privacy API Tool Pro processes all API requests and data locally on your device. No personal or request data is collected or transmitted by the app. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or compatibility with third-party APIs or services. 8. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, network errors, or failed transactions. 9. Modifications We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app or our app store listing.
