GETTING STARTED
Setting Up Your Profile
1. Open the app and tap on your profile picture or name
2. Add your name and photo (optional)
3. Set your preferences for notifications and themes
Recording Your First Period
1. Tap the calendar icon on the home screen
2. Select the start date of your period
3. Choose your flow intensity (light, medium, heavy)
4. Add any symptoms or notes
5. Mark the end date when your period finishes
Adding Medications
1. Go to the Medications tab
2. Tap "Add Medication" or the + button
3. Enter medication name and dosage
4. Set reminder times by tapping the time chips
5. Choose which days to take the medication
6. Select a color for easy identification
7. Save your medication
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How do I change my reminder times?
A: Go to Medications > Select your medication > Edit > Tap on the time chips to modify them. You can also delete times by tapping the X button.
Q: Can I track multiple medications?
A: Yes! You can add as many medications as needed. Each can have different schedules, colors, and reminder times.
Q: How do I mark that I've taken my medication?
A: When you receive a notification or see pending medications on the home screen, tap the time chip and select "Taken" or "Skip".
Q: My period predictions seem off. What should I do?
A: Predictions improve with more data. Record at least 3-4 cycles for better accuracy. You can also manually adjust cycle length in Settings.
Q: How do I export my data?
A: Go to Profile > Settings > Data Export. You can export your period and medication data as a PDF or CSV file.
Q: Can I delete all my data?
A: Yes. Go to Profile > Settings > Clear All Data. This will permanently delete all period tracking and medication data.
Q: How do I turn off notifications?
A: Go to Profile > Notification Settings. You can disable period reminders, medication reminders, or both.
Q: Why aren't my medication reminders working?
A: Check that:
- Notifications are enabled in your device settings
- The medication is marked as "Active"
- You've set reminder times
- Your device allows background app refresh
TROUBLESHOOTING
App Won't Open or Crashes
- Force close the app and reopen it
- Restart your device
- Ensure you have the latest app version
- Clear app cache (Android) or restart device (iOS)
Missing Data
- Data is stored locally on your device
- If you've recently updated or restored your device, previous data may be lost
- Use the data export feature regularly to backup your information
Notification Issues
- Check your device's notification settings
- Ensure the app has permission to send notifications
- Verify that "Do Not Disturb" isn't blocking notifications
- For medication reminders, ensure the medication is active
Sync Problems
- This app stores data locally - no cloud sync is required
- All your data stays private on your device

Understanding Medication Types
- Birth Control: Pills, patches, rings, injections
- Supplements: Vitamins, minerals, herbal supplements
- Pain Relievers: For menstrual cramps and discomfort
- Hormones: Hormone replacement therapy
- Vitamins: Daily vitamins and nutrients
- Other: Any other medications
Setting Reminder Schedules
- Daily: Leave reminder days empty
- Specific Days: Select which days of the week
- Multiple Times: Add multiple reminder times per day
- Custom Schedule: Combine days and times as needed
Tracking Adherence
- View your medication history in the details screen
- See missed, taken, and skipped doses
- Monitor your adherence percentage
- Export medication reports for your doctor
PERIOD TRACKING HELP
Understanding Your Cycle
- Cycle Length: Days from start of one period to start of the next
- Flow Days: How many days you actually bleed
- Symptoms: Track mood, cramps, bloating, etc.
- Notes: Add personal observations
Prediction Accuracy
- Initial predictions are estimates
- Accuracy improves with each recorded cycle
- Irregular periods may have less accurate predictions
- Always track actual periods, not just predictions
Color Coding
- Red: Menstruation days
- Pink: Light flow days
- Blue: Predicted period days
- Green: Fertile window (if enabled)
- Gray: Regular cycle days
