Getting Started
How to Create a Passport Photo
Take or Import Photo: Use the camera to capture a new photo or select an existing one from your gallery
Remove Background: Tap "Remove Background" to automatically remove the background using AI technology
Adjust Image: Use the editing tools to rotate, scale, flip, or move your photo for perfect positioning
Select Size: Choose your desired passport photo size (35mm x 45mm standard or 50mm x 70mm large)
Choose Background: Select white, blue, red, or custom background color
Crop Photo: Tap "Crop Photo" to finalize the dimensions
Save or Share: Save to your photo library or share directly
Common Issues & Solutions
Photo Save Issues
Problem: Photos not saving to gallery Solution:
Go to iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos
Find PhotoID Pro and enable "Add Photos Only" permission
Alternatively, use the Share button to save photos
Problem: "Permission denied" message Solution:
Open Settings from the permission dialog
Enable photo library access for PhotoID Pro
Return to the app and try saving again
Background Removal Issues
Problem: Background removal not working properly Solution:
Ensure good lighting when taking photos
Use photos with clear contrast between person and background
Make sure the person is clearly visible and centered
Try retaking the photo with better lighting conditions
Problem: Vision AI not available Solution:
Vision AI requires iOS 15.0 or later
Ensure your device supports the Vision framework
Restart the app if the feature doesn't appear
Photo Quality Issues
Problem: Blurry or low-quality results Solution:
Use good lighting when capturing photos
Keep the camera steady while taking photos
Use the rear camera for better quality
